The CAMCOPTER® S-101 is a Vertical Takeoff and Landing (VTOL) rotary Unmanned Air System (UAS) equipped with multiple payload mounts to deliver tactical superiority in today’s fast-moving and contested battlespace. As a compact and agile platform with a low signature, the S-101 is perfectly suitable for frontline deployment, supporting Intelligence, Surveillance, Target Acquisition and Reconnaissance (ISTAR), as well as delivering close air support in direct coordination with ground forces.
The S-101 is a purpose-equipped aircraft within Schiebel’s portfolio − tailored for civil operations as well as modern conflict and optimised for integrated, complex, multi-domain operations.
With an endurance of 6 to 10 hours and a maximum load capacity of 90 kg, the S-101 is capable of a broad range of tactical missions. It can be equipped with EO/IR sensors, radars, communication systems, electronic warfare payloads, or light precision-guided munition such as multi role missiles, thanks to its unified mounts. Designed for day and night operations and optimised for quick turnaround times, the system ensures rapid responsiveness, persistent surveillance and delivery of effectors on the battlefield.
