S-100 ASSEMBLY

A spacious production hall ensures optimal organisation and efficiency throughout the assembly process

ENGINE ASSEMBLY

Configuration of the main rotary engine, along with the specific components and calibrations tailored for optimal performance.

ELECTRONICS ASSEMBLY

Ensuring proper soldering and installation of electrical wiring, as well as testing and troubleshooting equipment before it is put into service or returned to operation.

ENGINE OVERHAUL

A comprehensive process is followed to ensure the optimal performance and longevity of engines.

ROTOR BLADE TESTING

Monitoring rotor blade condition for signs of deterioration to ensure consistent and accurate performance.

ENGINE DYNO

Locally conducted performance tests measure key data points, including torque, temperature, power curves, and other critical parameters.

GREENLINE PRODUCTION

The Greenline production was moved to Schiebel’s Wiener Neustadt facility to streamline production processes and logistics.
